What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the present life, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
