▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
