Al-Duhaa

The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the morning brightness 1 And by the Night when it is still,- 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 The Last shall be better for you than the First. 4 For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 7 And did He not find you in need and make you rich? 8 So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. 9 Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); 10 and proclaim the bounties of your Lord. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
