Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And raised high your fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
