Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
