Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

SAY: "I seek refuge with the Sustainer of the rising dawn, 1 "from the evil of aught that He has created, 2 And the evil of evening darkness when it overspreads, 3 "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, 4 From the evil of the envier when he envies. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
