The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A flaming fire! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
