The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
