Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 Woe, therefore, unto such performers of prayer. 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7
