Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
