۞ People, you are always in need of God and God is Self-sufficient and Praiseworthy. 15 If He wills, He can take you away and bring other creatures. 16 This would not cost God dear at all. 17 No one will bear the burden of another. Even if an overburdened soul should ask another to bear a part of his burden, no one, not even a relative, will do so. (Muhammad), you can only warn those who have fear of their Lord without seeing Him and who are steadfast in prayer. Whoever purifies himself, does so for his own good. To God do all things return. 18 Not alike are the blind and the seeing. 19 Nor are the depths of Darkness and the Light; 20 nor the [cooling] shade and the scorching heat: 21 Nor are alike those that are living and those that are dead. Allah can make any that He wills to hear; but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves. 22 You are naught but a warner. 23 We have sent you with the truth, a bearer of glad tidings and warning, for there is no nation, that has not had a warner pass away in it. 24 And if they reject thee, so did their predecessors, to whom came their messengers with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment. 25 Then I seized those who denied the Truth, and how terrible was My punishment! 26
