And remember Our slave Ayub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily! Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by losing my health) and torment (by losing my wealth)! 41 'Stamp thy foot! This is a laving-place cool, and a drink.' 42 And We gave him his family and the like of them with them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to those possessed of understanding. 43 "And take in your hand a bundle of thin grass and strike therewith (your wife), and break not your oath. Truly! We found him patient. How excellent (a) slave! Verily, he was ever oft-returning in repentance (to Us)! 44 And remember Our bondmen Ibrahim, and Ishaq, and Yaqub – the men of power and knowledge. 45 Verily We did choose them for a special (purpose)- proclaiming the Message of the Hereafter. 46 They were, in Our sight, truly, of the company of the Elect and the Good. 47 And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good. 48 This is a commemoration. Surely for those who take heed for themselves is an excellent place of return -- 49 Gardens of perpetual residence, whose doors will be opened to them. 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for plenteous fruit and drink. 51 ۞ And with them are those of modest gaze, companions. 52 This is what is promised you for the Day of Reckoning. 53 this, verily, shall be Our provision [for you,] with no end to it! 54 This (is for the righteous). And lo! for the transgressors there with be an evil journey's end, 55 hell will they have to endure - and how vile a resting-place! 56 All this; so let them taste it - boiling water and pus, 57 And other torments of similar kind, all together! 58 This is a crowd rushing in along with you; no welcome for them; verily they are to roast in the Fire. 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They will say: “Our Lord, give twofold punishment in the Fire to him who has led us to this.” 61 They will say to one another: “But why do we not see those whom we considered him among the wicked? 62 "Did we treat them (as such) in ridicule, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?" 63 Indeed this is really true – the people of the hell quarrelling among themselves. 64
