O ye who believe! Obey Allah and His Messenger, and turn not away from him when ye hear (him speak). 20 And do not be like those who say: 'We hear', though they do not hearken. 21 ۞ Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason. 22 And if Allah had known any good in them He would have made them hear, and if He makes them hear they would turn back while they withdraw. 23 Believers, respond to Allah and the Messenger when he calls you to that which revives you. Know that Allah is between the person and his heart, and that toHim you shall all be gathered. 24 And fear tumult or oppression, which affecteth not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong: and know that Allah is strict in punishment. 25 And remember when you were few, deemed weak in the land, fearing lest people might carry you off by force, but He sheltered you and strengthened you with His aid and gave you of the good things that you may give thanks. 26 O Ye who believe! defraud not Allah and the apostle, nor defraud your trusts while ye know. 27 Know that your wealth and children are a trial and that there is an immense reward with God. 28
