۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 "There is a small group of people 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 But We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
