The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
