And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
