۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
