AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
