Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
