[Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 "Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
