Noah said, "Lord, they have disobeyed me and followed those whose wealth and children will only bring about destruction for them. 21 they have devised a mighty plot, 22 and have said to each other, 'Do not give-up your idols. Do not renounce Wadd, Suwa`, Yaghuth, Ya`uq and Nasr (names of certain idols). 23 And they have led many astray. Increase Thou not the evildoers save in error!' 24 And because of their transgressions they were drowned, and admitted into a Fire, for they found not, apart from God, any to help them. 25 And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant. 26 Surely, if You leave them they will mislead Your worshipers and father none but the immoral, and unbelievers. 27 Lord! Forgive me and my parents and every true believer who enters my house, forgive all the believing men and believing women; and bestow no increase upon the wrongdoers except in ruin? 28
