[And] none shall have it in their power to raise their voices unto Him 37 The day on which the spirit and the angels shall stand in ranks; they shall not speak except he whom the Beneficent Allah permits and who speaks the right thing. 38 That is the True Day; therefore whoever wills may take the path towards his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
