Man We fashioned from fermented clay dried tingling hard, 26 and the jinn created We before of fire flaming. 27 And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man (Adam) from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud. 28 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My Spirit fall down unto him prostrate. 29 Therefore all the angels, each and every one of them, fell prostrate. 30 except Iblis; he refused to join those who prostrated. 31 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What is your reason for not being among the prostrators?" 32 He said: I am not such that I should make obeisance to a mortal whom Thou hast created of the essence of black mud fashioned in shape. 33 (Allah) said: "Then, get out from here, for verily, you are Rajim (an outcast or a cursed one)." [Tafsir At-Tabari] 34 “And indeed you are accursed till the Day of Judgement.” 35 "O my Lord," said he, "give me respite till the day the dead are raised." 36 Allah said: "For sure you are granted respite 37 Till the period of the time made known. 38 He said: my Lord! because Thou hast led me to err I will surely make things fairseeming unto them on the earth and will surely seduce them all: 39 Except Thy servants from among them, the devoted ones. 40 Said Allah, “This path* leads straight towards Me.” (* The path of the chosen bondmen.) 41 No power shall you have over (all) My creatures except those who fall into error and follow you, 42 Surely Hell is the promised place for all of them." 43 it has seven gates: and each gate has a portion of them allotted to it. 44

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
