Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 VERILY, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds will the Most Gracious endow with love: 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
