3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
