Verily We bestowed the Book upon Moses. So entertain no doubt if (the Prophet Muhammad) received the same. We had made that Book a guidance for the Children of Israel, 23 When they persevered and firmly believed Our revelations We appointed learned men among them who guided them by Our command. 24 On the Day of Resurrection your Lord will distinguish between them that on which they varied. 25 Hath this not guided them: how many generations We have destroyed before them amidst whose dwellings they walk? Verily therein are signs; will they not therefore hearken? 26 Do they not see that We drive the rain towards a land that is dry, then grow grain from it which their cattle and they themselves eat? Will they not see even then? 27 And they say, “When will this decision take place, if you are truthful?” 28 Say, [O Muhammad], "On the Day of Conquest the belief of those who had disbelieved will not benefit them, nor will they be reprieved." 29 Therefore turn away from them and wait, surely they too are waiting. 30
