۞ Say: 'O My worshipers, who have sinned excessively against themselves, do not despair of the Mercy of Allah, surely, Allah forgives all sins. He is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. 53 And return to your Lord time after time and submit to Him before there comes to you the punishment, then you shall not be helped. 54 And follow the best of that which hath been sent down unto you from your Lord there cometh on you torment of a sudden, while ye perceive not. 55 Lest a soul should say: Alas! for that I have been remiss in respect of Allah, and I was but of the scoffers! 56 Or before the soul says, "Had God guided me, I could have been a pious man". 57 Or, he may say as he sees the punishment, "Would that I had a second chance, so that I could be among the doers of good." 58 But yes, there had come to you My verses, but you denied them and were arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers. 59 And upon the Day of Resurrection thou shalt see those who lied against God, their faces blackened; is there not in Gehenna a lodging for those that are proud? 60 And Allah will save those who feared Him by their attainment; no evil will touch them, nor will they grieve. 61 Allah is Creator of all things; and He only is the Controller of all things. 62 the keys of the heavens and the earth belong to Him. Those who deny God's revelations will surely be the losers. 63
