Have you seen him who turns his back, 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Has he the knowledge of the unseen so that he can see? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 and Abraham, who paid his debt in full? 37 Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another; 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry, 43 And that it is He who causes death and gives life 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 From a drop of liquid, when it is added? 46 And that [incumbent] upon Him is the next creation 47 And that He it is Who enriches and gives to hold; 48 and that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius, 49 And that He destroyed the former (tribe of) A'ad, 50 and Thamud, leaving no trace of them, 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 He plunged the villages 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 Which then of thy Lord's benefits wilt thou doubt? 55 THIS IS a warning like those warnings of old: 56 What is to come is imminent. 57 Of it, [from those] besides Allah, there is no remover. 58 Do you then find these tidings strange? 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing, etc.). 61 So bow yourselves before God, and serve Him! ۩ 62
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
