All that is on the earth is passing, 26 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn). 31 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 32 O society of jinns and men, cross the bounds of the heavens and the earth if you have the ability, then pass beyond them; but you cannot unless you acquire the law. 33 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 34 Flames of smokeless fire and black smoke without flames, will be let loose on you, so you will not be able to retaliate. 35 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 42 (The guilty ones will be told), "This is hell which the sinful ones denied". 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 45
