The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
