Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

So, I call to witness what you see 38 And what you do not see 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52

God the Almighty always says the truth.
