Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Hath there come unto thee tidings of the Overwhelming? 1 (Some) faces on that day shall be downcast, 2 be toiling and worn-out; 3 They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire. 4 that is fueled from a tremendously hot fountain, 5 No food will there be for them but a bitter Dhari' 6 Which neither nourishes nor avails against hunger. 7 Many a face will be in serenity on that day. 8 Rejoicing over their efforts. 9 in a garden sublime, 10 where they will hear no idle talk, 11 Therein shall be a spring running! 12 and raised couches, 13 And drinking-cups ready placed, 14 And arranged carpets. 15 and carpets outspread. 16 What, do they not reflect upon how the camel was created? 17 And at the heaven, how it is raised? 18 how the mountains were hoisted, 19 And the earth, how it was spread out? 20 Therefore do remind, for you are only a reminder. 21 You are not over them a controller. 22 But whoso is averse and disbelieveth, 23 Allah will chastise him with the most terrible chastisement. 24 To Us they will all return. 25 and then it is for Us to call them to account. 26
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
