The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Hast thou not observed what wise thy Lord dealt with the fellows of the elephant? 1 Did He not bring their stratagem to naught, 2 And send flocks of birds upon them, 3 Striking them with stones of Sijjil. 4 And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
