And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 Woe to the disbelievers when the day with which they have been threatened comes! 60
