Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah)
52 verses, revealed in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ The sure calamity! 1 and what is the Resurrection Verifier? 2 And what shall make thee know that which the Inevitable Calamity is. 3 The Thamud and 'Ad denied the consequential calamity. 4 Thamood, they were destroyed by the violent shout (of Gabriel), 5 And as for 'Ad, they were destroyed by a furious violent wind; 6 Which He made to prevail against them for seven nights and eight days unremittingly, so that you might have seen the people therein prostrate as if they were the trunks of hollow palms. 7 Can you see any remnant of them now? 8 And Pharaoh, and those before him, and the Cities Overthrown, committed habitual Sin. 9 And they disobeyed the messenger of their Lord, so He seized them with a seizure exceeding [in severity]. 10 When the water rose in flood, We bore you in the ark, 11 so that We might make it an instructive event for you, and retentive ears might preserve its memory. 12 When a single blast is blown on the trumpet, 13 and the earth and the mountains are lifted up and crushed with a single blow, 14 Then on that Day shall happen the Event. 15 And the heaven will split asunder, for that Day it (the heaven will be frail (weak), and torn up, 16 And the angels will be on its sides, and eight will, that Day, bear the Throne of thy Lord above them. 17 On that day all of you will be brought forth, so none among you wishing to hide will be able to hide. 18 Then he that will be given his Record in his right hand will say: "Ah here! Read ye my Record! 19 Surely I knew that I shall meet my account. 20 So he will be in a pleasant life - 21 In a Garden on high, 22 with clusters of fruit within easy reach. 23 “Eat and drink with pleasure the reward of what you sent ahead, in the past days.” 24 But as for him who will be given his Record in his left hand, will say: "I wish that I had not been given my Record! 25 and neither known this my account! 26 I wish my death had been the decisive one. 27 My riches have not availed me, 28 and my authority has been destroyed' 29 Lay hold on him, then put a chain on him, 30 and then let him enter Hell. 31 and then thrust him into a chain [of other sinners like him - a chain] the length whereof is seventy cubits: 32 Lo! He used not to believe in Allah the Tremendous, 33 and did not feel any urge to feed the needy: 34 and so, no friend has here today, 35 nor any food except foul pus 36 None shall eat it but the sinners. 37

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
