The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 And it is forbidden for any township which We have destroyed, that they may return. (Once the disbelievers face death, their return to earth is impossible.) 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose, and begin swooping from every mound, 96 And the True Promise draweth nigh; then behold them, staring wide (in terror), the eyes of those who disbelieve! (They say): Alas for us! We (lived) in forgetfulness of this. Ah, but we were wrong-doers! 97 They will be told, "You and what you had worshipped instead of God will be the fuel of hell". 98 Had they really been gods they would not have entered it: They will all abide in it for ever. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 But those for whom a good reward had been fore-ordained by Us, will be far removed from it, 101 they will not hear the slightest sound of it, and they shall forever abide in a state of bliss, among everything their souls longed for. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance: 'The righteous among My worshipers shall inherit the earth' 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you be Muslims [in submission to Him]?" 108 Then, if they should turn their backs, say: 'I have proclaimed to you all equally, even though I know not whether near or far is that you are promised.' 109 Surely He knows what is spoken aloud and He knows what you hide. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 He said: O my Lord! judge Thou with truth; and our Lord is the Beneficent Allah, Whose help is sought against what you ascribe (to Him). 112
