AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Moses. Behold, he was a chosen one, and was an apostle [of God], a prophet. 51 And We called him from the side of the mount at [his] right and brought him near, confiding [to him]. 52 And, out of Our Mercy, We gave him his brother Aaron, (also) a prophet. 53 And mention thou in the Book lsma'il; verily he was true in promise, and was apostle, prophet. 54 He exhorted his people to prayer and almsgiving, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Idris. Behold, he was a man of truth, a prophet, 56 And We exalted him to a position lofty. 57 These are (some of) those who were favoured by God among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and of those We bore in the ark with Noah, and the offspring of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and We chose, for they bowed weeping in adoration when the revelations of Ar-Rahman were recited to them. ۩ 58 ۞ Then there succeeded them a posterity who neglected the prayers and followed lusts; so presently they shall meet with perdition. 59 Except those who repent and believe (in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger Muhammad SAW), and work righteousness. Such will enter Paradise and they will not be wronged in aught. 60 Gardens of Eden, which the Beneficent hath promised to His slaves in the unseen. Lo! His promise is ever sure of fulfilment - 61 They shall not hear in it anything vain; they shall hear only what is good; and they shall have their provision in it, morning and evening. 62 That is Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who are godfearing. 63 And we descend not except by the command of thy Lord: His is whatsoever is before us and whatsoever is behind us and whatsoever is in-between; and thy Lord is not a forgetter 64 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, so serve Him and be patient in His service. Do you know any one equal to Him? 65
