Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ When the heaven is cleft asunder. 1 when the planets are scattered, 2 And when the oceans are swept away. 3 And when the Graves are turned upside down;- 4 then everyone will know what he has sent ahead, and what he has left behind. 5 O man! What has deceived you away from your Lord, the Most Beneficent? 6 Who created you, fashioned you perfectly, and gave you due proportion; 7 Into whatever form He pleased He constituted you. 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 And most surely there are keepers over you 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 Knowing all what you may do. 12 Verily, the Abrar (pious and righteous) will be in delight (Paradise); 13 And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire. 14 They will burn in it on the Day of Judgement, 15 And will not be removed from it. 16 And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? 17 Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? 18 It is the day when no soul will have power to do the least for a soul, and God's alone will be done. 19
