And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say: Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty dominion? 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
