And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
