And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers. 80 And though We had given them Our signs they turned away from them. 81 They hewed their dwellings out of the mountains in safety. 82 Then the Blast caught them in the morning 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 And We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and the Hour is surely coming, so overlook (O Muhammad SAW), their faults with gracious forgiveness. [This was before the ordainment of Jihad holy fighting in Allah's Cause]. 85 verily, thy Sustainer is the all-knowing Creator of all things! 86 And certainly We have given you seven of the oft-repeated (verses) and the grand Quran. 87 [so] turn, not thine eyes [longingly] towards the worldly benefits which We have granted unto some of those [that deny the truth]. And neither grieve over those [who refuse to heed thee,] but spread the wings of thy tenderness over the believers, 88 And say, "Indeed, I am the clear warner" - 89 even as We had sent warning to those who had divided their religion into fragments; 90 who have broken the Koran into parts, 91 Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one, 92 About their deeds. 93 Preach what you have been commanded to and stay away from the pagans. 94 Lo! We defend thee from the scoffers, 95 Who make [equal] with Allah another deity. But they are going to know. 96 We certainly know that you feel sad about what they say against you. 97 So exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]. 98 And worship your Lord until there comes unto you the certainty (i.e. death). 99
