The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
