The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
