We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
