We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
