The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
118 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa') before Prostration (Al-Sajdah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ TRULY, to a happy state shall attain the believers: 1 Who are humble in their prayers, 2 who turn away from idle talk; 3 who observe Zakah; 4 those who safeguard their chastity 5 Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed - 6 Those who seek beyond that are transgressors. 7 And those who of their trusts and covenant are keepers. 8 And those who keep a guard on their prayers; 9 These will be the heirs, 10 Who shall inherit the Paradise; they shall abide therein. 11 We created the human from an essence of clay: 12 Thereafter We made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge) (and lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the woman). 13 and then We create out of the drop of sperm a germ-cell, and then We create out of the germ-cell an embryonic lump, and then We create within the embryonic lump bones, and then We clothe the bones with flesh - and then We bring [all] this into being as a new creation: hallowed, therefore, is God, the best of artisans! 14 Then after that, certainly all of you are to die. 15 Then surely on the day of resurrection you shall be raised. 16 And certainly We made above you seven heavens; and never are We heedless of creation. 17 And we send down from the sky water in measure, and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it. 18 With it, We produced for you gardens of palms and vines, yielding abundant fruit for you to eat. 19 Also, a tree which grows on the Tor of Sinai and gives oil and relish for its eaters. 20 And Verily! In the cattle there is indeed a lesson for you. We give you to drink (milk) of that which is in their bellies. And there are, in them, numerous (other) benefits for you, and of them you eat. 21 And you are carried on them and on the ship. 22

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
اضغط المثلثات الصغيرة في أعلى الإطار وأسفله إلى اليسار لعرض فهرس السور، حيث يمكنك الانتقال إلى أي سورة أو أية صفحة بداخلها.
