Blessed be He who has set in heaven constellations, and has set among them a lamp, and an illuminating moon. 61 And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude. 62 The worshipers of the Merciful are those who walk humbly on the earth, and when the ignorant address them say: 'Peace' 63 And those who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing. 64 Who say: "O our Lord, avert from us the torment of Hell: Its punishment is surely continuous. 65 Surely it is an evil abode and (evil) place to stay. 66 And those who when they expend, are neither extravagant nor sparing, and it is a medium in-between. 67 And those who cry not unto any other god along with Allah, nor take the life which Allah hath forbidden save in (course of) justice, nor commit adultery - and whoso doeth this shall pay the penalty; 68 The punishment shall be increased for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will remain in it forever, with humiliation. 69 Except those who repent and come to believe and do the right, for whom God will turn evil into goodness, for God is forgiving and kind. 70 and whosoever repents, and does righteousness, he truly turns to God in repentance. 71 And those who witness not falsehood, and when they pass by some vanity pass by with dignity. 72 Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind; 73 who say, "Lord, grant us joy in our wives and children and make us a model for the righteous." 74 Those shall be recompensed with the highest heaven, for that they endured patiently, and they shall receive therein a greeting and --' Peace!' 75 They shall abide in it forever; what an excellent abode and place of stay. 76 SAY [unto those who believe]: "No weight or value would my Sustainer attach to you were it not for your faith [in Him]!" And say unto those who deny [the truth:] "You have indeed given the lie [to God's message,] and in time this [sin] will cleave unto you!" 77
