In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And there cometh not unto them any fresh admonition from the Compassionate but they are wont to be therefrom backsliders. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
