۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 If He wishes, He can remove you and put in your place a new creation. 16 Nor is that (at all) difficult for Allah. 17 And no burdened soul can bear another's burden, and if one heavy laden crieth for (help with) his load, naught of it will be lifted even though he (unto whom he crieth) be of kin. Thou warnest only those who fear their Lord in secret, and have established worship. He who groweth (in goodness), groweth only for himself, (he cannot by his merit redeem others). Unto Allah is the journeying. 18 The blind and the seeing are not alike, 19 nor are the depths of darkness and the light; 20 Nor is the shadow equal with the sun's full heat; 21 Nor are (alike) the living (believers) and the dead (disbelievers). Verily, Allah makes whom He will hear, but you cannot make hear those who are in graves. 22 thou art nothing but a warner. 23 Surely We have sent you with the truth as a bearer of good news and a warner; and there is not a people but a warner has gone among them. 24 And if they call you a liar, so did those before them indeed call (their apostles) liars; their apostles had come to them with clear arguments, and with scriptures, and with the illuminating book. 25 Then I seized the disbelievers; so how did denial My rejection turn out? 26
