[And God will say:] "O you servants of Mine! No fear need you have today, and neither shall you grieve 68 Ye who believed in Our revelations and were Muslims. 69 will be told, "Enter Paradise with your spouses in delight. 70 Dishes and goblets of gold will be passed around them with all that their souls desire and their eyes delight in. "There you will remain forever: 71 this is the Garden which you will inherit by virtue of your past deeds, 72 Therein for you is fruit in plenty whence to eat. 73 The criminals will live forever in the torment of hell. Their torment will not be relieved and they will despair of escaping. 74 that is not abated for them and therein they are sore confounded. 75 Nowise shall We be unjust to them: but it is they who have been unjust themselves. 76 They will cry, "Master, if only your Lord would put an end to us!" But he [the angel] will answer, "No! You are here to stay." 77 We have certainly brought the truth to you: but most of you have an aversion for the truth. 78 What! have they settled some plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things. 79 Or do they, perchance, think that We do not hear their hidden thoughts and their secret confabulations? Yea, indeed, [We do,] and Our heavenly forces are with them, recording [all]. 80 Say: "If Ar-Rahman had a son I would have been the first of worshippers." 81 Glorified be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne! Exalted be He from all that they ascribe (to Him). 82 Leave them (to indulge) in their desires and play around until they face that day which has been promised to them. 83 It is He who is God in heaven, and God on earth: He is the Wise One, the All Knowing; 84 Blessed be He, who holds the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them. He alone has knowledge of the Hour, and to Him will you return. 85 Those whom they worship besides God are not able to intercede, except for those among them who believe in the Truth (God) and who know whom to intercede for. 86 And if you ask them who created them, they will surely say, God. How then are they turned away? 87 [But God has full knowledge of the true believer] and of his [despairing] cry: "O my Sustainer! Verily, these are people who will not believe!" 88 We have told him, "Ignore them and say to them 'farewell'. They will soon know the consequences of their deeds 89
